Agreement

By using https://uchaapko.com, requesting a quote, or tendering parcels for delivery, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
UCHAAPKO provides last-mile courier and related logistics services as an independent delivery contractor. Services, coverage areas, and pricing are described on https://uchaapko.com or in a written quote or contract. We may refuse or suspend service for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Shipper responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Accurate addresses, contact information, and delivery instructions.
- Lawful contents, proper packaging, and accurate declaration of goods.
- Compliance with applicable laws (including restricted/prohibited items).
- Payment of quoted fees, surcharges, and applicable taxes.
Independent contractor
UCHAAPKO acts as an independent delivery contractor. We do not inspect, verify, or assume liability for the contents, legality, or condition of parcels tendered for delivery unless required by mandatory law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a shipment is limited to the fees paid for that shipment or CAD $100, whichever is greater, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays caused by weather or third parties, or loss of business or data.
Website use
You may not misuse our website or systems (unauthorized access, scraping, malware, impersonation). Workspace accounts (mail, dispatch) are for authorized users only. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Ontario, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
